By providing your email address, you agree that PCT Pro Services LLC may send emails related to inquiries, appointments, service updates, document requests, invoices, receipts, digital product delivery, educational content, reminders, and occasional promotional messages.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our email campaigns. Service-related or transactional emails may still be sent when needed for active services, appointments, purchases, payments, compliance, or client support.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from PCT Pro Services LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to appointments, service updates, intake reminders, document upload reminders, follow-up messages, tax season reminders, credit restoration reminders, life insurance or estate planning follow-up, digital product updates, and occasional promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from PCT Pro Services LLC unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services from PCT Pro Services LLC.

6. Tax Preparation and Tax Support Services

PCT Pro Services LLC may provide tax preparation support, tax intake review, tax document review, tax quote preparation, draft return review, e-file support, refund-related guidance, IRS letter intake support, and other tax-related services.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely tax documents and information. PCT Pro Services LLC relies on the information provided by the client.

PCT Pro Services LLC does not guarantee a specific refund amount, tax outcome, refund timeline, IRS processing time, acceptance of a return, approval of credits, or avoidance of audits, notices, offsets, delays, or IRS/state review.

Tax fees, software fees, technology fees, e-file fees, bank product fees, refund transfer fees, or other service-related fees may vary and will be disclosed during the applicable service process.

If a client chooses a pay-by-refund or bank product option, approval and funding are subject to the rules, eligibility, timing, and decisions of the applicable bank or third-party provider.

A tax return is not filed until required client approvals, signatures, identity confirmations, payment arrangements, and applicable authorizations are completed.

7. Tax Document Uploads and Secure Information

Clients should use approved secure upload links, portals, or forms when submitting sensitive tax documents or identity documents.

PCT Pro Services LLC may decline to accept sensitive documents by unsecured methods when a secure upload option is required or recommended.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they submit complete and accurate documents before deadlines.

8. Credit Restoration Services

PCT Pro Services LLC may provide credit restoration services, dispute processing support, credit education, credit profile review, dispute letter preparation, certified mail or tracking support, client portal access, tradeline or credit-building resources, and related credit improvement tools.

Credit restoration services do not guarantee credit score increases, specific item removals, deletions, approvals, funding, tradeline results, lender decisions, credit report changes, or a specific timeline.

Results vary based on individual credit history, creditor responses, credit bureau investigations, client participation, documentation, account status, payment behavior, and applicable laws.

Clients may be required to maintain active credit monitoring through an approved provider while participating in credit restoration services. Failure to maintain required monitoring may delay or pause service.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing reports, uploading bureau responses, following instructions, and avoiding new harmful credit activity during the process.

9. Life Insurance Services

PCT Pro Services LLC may provide life insurance information, appointment follow-up, digital quote access, and support in connecting individuals with life insurance options.

Insurance rates, eligibility, approval, coverage, underwriting, policy terms, and issue decisions are determined by the applicable insurance carrier, underwriting process, or third-party insurance platform.

PCT Pro Services LLC does not guarantee approval, coverage, premium amount, underwriting outcome, or policy issuance.

10. Estate Planning Resources

PCT Pro Services LLC may provide access to estate planning resources, including digital will, trust, power of attorney, healthcare directive, or related planning tools through third-party platforms.

Because digital products may be delivered instantly, refund eligibility may be limited and will depend on the specific product, offer, checkout terms, or stated refund policy.

Fees, payment terms, refund rules, service windows, credits, memberships, processing fees, software fees, technology fees, bank product fees, and cancellation terms may vary by service.

All services and products depend on individual facts, documentation, eligibility, third-party decisions, client participation, applicable laws, and platform availability.

14. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing accurate and complete information

- Responding to requests in a timely manner

- Uploading documents through approved methods

- Reviewing drafts, forms, documents, and communications

- Keeping contact information current

- Reading service agreements, disclosures, and instructions

- Paying required fees on time

- Maintaining required monitoring or account access when applicable

- Seeking legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice from the appropriate licensed professional when needed

15. Third-Party Platforms and Links

PCT Pro Services LLC may use or link to third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

- Scheduling tools

- HoneyBook

- Tax portals

- Secure upload platforms
